Dylan Bloom Band

Dylan Bloom is a singer/songwriter from North Bend, Nebraska. with influences from Steve Earle, Tom Petty, The Great Divide and others considered outlaws in the gritty rock scene. He received his first guitar at the age of 16 and immediately began teaching himself chord progressions.

Dylan picked up on Rock & Roll and Country at an early age from his father, Dean Bloom and Grandfather Greg (Jeep) Bloom who is a 2001 Nebraska Music Hall of Fame inductee. “Growing up I would travel with dad to band practice or go to a show and see grandpa tearing up some Willie Nelson” says Dylan.

Dylan and the band have just finished up the debut album Strong In A Small Town. The CD features ten original songs written by Dylan with the small town, honest living and relatable edge. The release has already received much praise on Nebraska radio station 106 Kix, with the first single “Strong In A Small Town” edging out Toby Keith’s “Red Solo Cup” for the #1 requested song 14 nights in a row.

Dylan’s unique, gravelly vocals combined with the talented band that provides a crucial backbone is sure to grab your attention. The band thrives on stage with a show comprised of original music from their collection as well as some choice covers, each with a little twist. Every person in the band brings their own style and emotion which is heartfelt and heard throughout every performance. “We sing and play songs written about real life experiences.

Being able to bring that energy to the stage and connecting with fans is what it’s all about” says Dylan. Gaining experience playing honky tonks, large festivals and over a dozen county fairs, DBB has been busy building an army of devoted fans across the Midwest.
